Our Policies

Please review carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Terian Candles ships exclusively within the United States and U.S. Territories — including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from our studio in Killeen, Texas. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because every Terian Candle is handcrafted to order using premium soy wax and fragrance oils, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason — including but not limited to scent preference, color variation, buyer's remorse, or shipping delays.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at hello@teriancandles.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Replacement decisions are made at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Lost shipments are the responsibility of the carrier — please file a claim with the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Product Care & Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains. Terian Candles LLC is not liable for misuse or damages resulting from improper candle care.

We collect only the information needed to process and ship your order. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties other than our shipping and payment providers.
